Birria and Carnitas on Gonzales Road
La Villa 805 Food Truck serves Mexican food at 2001 East Gonzales Road. Quesatacos combine birria with cheese, grilled onions, cilantro and onion. The potato-and-carnitas tacos come with lettuce, tomato and queso fresco. These give you two distinct ways to order tacos, whether you want melted cheese with birria or carnitas with a potato filling.
Breakfast and Takeout
A classic breakfast burrito is also on the menu. Pickup and delivery ordering are available, so you can choose a meal to collect from the truck or have brought to you. Orders go directly through the truck’s ordering service, where the current dishes and prices are shown before checkout.
Finding the Truck
The usual serving location is on East Gonzales Road, with a Wednesday-through-Sunday schedule. The ordering service lists 10 AM to 6 PM, although hours can change. Call before making a special trip late in the day to confirm that the truck is still serving at this address. Monday and Tuesday are outside the posted ordering schedule.
